Since I am just recently starting out with acacia and I would like to add some to my cooking or baking, how does that work? If I add it to cake or bread how much do I add since it will be divided up, piece by piece? I know this all sounds confusing but does it count for extra acacia since that will be hard to solve - I do not want to make myself even more gassier - I am confused as you could all see!!! HELP!

if a recipe has 6 tbs of acacia (what I put in most of the time) and I'm making 12 cupcakes - also standard.. then there is 1/2 tbs per cupcake. When I add acacia I tend to make more consistant smaller size items then big items.. like scones ladled out with the little ladle.. or muffins. I also don't feed acacia filled items to other people normally.. so making smaller items is easier for me.. I can freeze them and defrost to eat.
Good luck!

Thanks for the advice - what kind of cupcakes do you make - that would be better than cake??
I am assuming that the acacia you bake with is over and above what you take per day???????

In re-reading your post was that to be 6 tablespoons or teaspoons? That is quite a lot for me right now - I am only on 1/4 tsp 2x per day????
