Can anyone give me some tips as to how to put weight on, based on Heather's diet. I am 5ft 4in weighing just under 108 pounds. Obviously now, I'm not eating a lot of fat and since before xmas I have lost about 7 pounds. I am IBS-D and this doesn't help the situation as sometimes I feel really nauseaus with it and don;t want to eat anything, so I force myself to eat as I don;t want to lose any more weight. Any help is greatly appreciated.

..increased carbs and sugar. Mainly carbs, white rice, white pasta, white fresh bread. Chocolate soya milk with frosties or coco pops...things like chicken and potato sandwiches, which are LUSH! ADB's, are a great way of putting on the pounds too. These are the things that helped me, obviously everyone is different....

Chicken & POTATO sarnies!! Are we on about mashed, hot, sliced, or what, I've never thought about putting tatty in a buttie before. But I do think the weight loss is down to this diet, but at present I am not losing anymore, but I am finding I daren't go on the scales just in case I have.

3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 t-spoon baking soda
1/3 cup canola(corn) oil
1/2 cup boiling water
1/3 cup applesauce
2 cups sugar
4 egg whites
1 1/3 cups self raising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla (I like to use peppermint!)

Preheat the oven to 350F (125C) Spray a 9 x 13" baking pan with cooking oil and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the cocoa and baking soda. Blend the oil and mix until smooth. Pour in the boiling water, stirring until the mixture thickens. Stir in the applesauce, the sugar and the egg whites. Mix until smooth.

Add the flour and the vanilla. Blend completely - there should be no lumps. Pour into the prepared baking pan. Spread it evenly to avoid crispy edges.

Bake for 35/40 mins (25/30 mins if using Pyrex) until just set in the middle. Let cool and cut into squares!

I just this minute tried to make some but put too much oil in and it went horrid!! Haha - note - don't put too much oil in!!

...when I worked at a stables and it was freezing in winter! Boiled/steamed and sliced would work well too. Or maybe wedges would be nice cold???
