...a kind of feeling like they need to hiccup when they over-do it on the fat? Kinda like a belch/burp but feels like there is air trapped under the diaphragm like you are going to get hiccups?! Or am I just WIERD!!

I know exactly what you mean...you are not alone. If I eat too much fat or eat too fast, I get terrible hiccups. Those hiccups just force me to remember to slow down and eat less, more often.
