Can someone make some suggestions as to how much popcorn a person should eat in a sitting and what to eat with it? For some reason I can't see eating papaya, banana, mango, carrots or squash with it! I am celiac so I have only found 2 soluble breads/crackers I can eat.

Thanks,
Del

I find popcorn a nightmare even with anything soluble! The only thing (considering you are celiac) that I could think of would be a banana? Or maybe some soy?

I have had popcorn a couple times -- but only as a snack. I bought the special kind that has less hull and popped it in an air popper to cut down on fat. Then I just had a couple hand fulls after a safe meal. So -- I don't know about what to eat it with if you're wanting it as a staple item. Here is where I bought my "safer" popcorn.

Thanks for both of your replies. I have acturally had the Black Jewel popcorn years ago and had forgotten about it. It is very good. I will order it! I am thinking about the banana and I think it might work! I sure hope I will be able to eat popcorn this way!
Thanks again,
Del
