Raw Carrots

I know that carrots are soluble fiber but are they safe raw??

All vegetables are a lot easier to digest cooked. I would say no.

Trivia: Carrots are actually better for you when they're cooked. There's nutrients in them that the body can't absorb if they're raw.

I eat them raw all the time and haven't had any problems, but I don't eat a lot at one time....I just have a serving size.
