Does anyone get days when they wake up, feeling tired and weak, and also have a feeling like a brick is sitting in your tum? Hungry, but kinda still full? Or is it just me? I have had about 3 BMs over 24hr period, but still feel like I'm stuffed up?? I actually feel like I should be going without food so that the other stuff drains through properly to make room for the new stuff, but I'm so thin, just missing one meal will make me lose weight?! Help?

...difficult. Keep eating, whatever you do, cos the new stuff will only push the old stuff along and if you get an empty tum, you'll be in trouble.

Are you getting enough IF and SFS? I only feel like that if I've been eating bad stuff like too much fat.

Good point - fat. I have been a bit stressed lately and haven't wanted to make nice food, so picked on junky (kinda safe) stuff! I'm definitely not getting enough IF but so much SF, lots of bread - so I guess I'm out of balance! Aha! You are a genius!! Thanks Linz xx

And it's better for us now there are more Brits on here...when I first joined I might have to wait half a day for someone to respond on a different time zone!

PS. You coming to Dublin?

Absolutely - definitely couldn't live without it now!! Haha, it starts to wake up around about lunchtime/mid afternoon I had noticed
I don't think I am doing Dublin, I am so skint at the moment, am selling lots of things frantically on ebay to keep my head above water, so probably not I'm afraid! Can't wait to hear how it goes tho!!

I get this kind of feeling quite a bit. It's horrid. It makes me feel so fat and lumpy; like you said, like I shouldn't be eating when I feel so full already. For me a lot of it is actually bloating, and herbal teas/warm water seem to make it feel better. Like Linz said, I get that kind of feeling if I've had too much fat.
