Is it possible for attacks to happen at night from the food you ate during the day? I was up every hour last night in the bathroom with D and awful cramps...could this be from a food I ate during the day?

Absolutely. An attack can be related to a 5 minute food consumption to days afterward. It just depends on your digestive system.

depending on what it is and the state of your digestive system and what else you ate with it- an attack can happen up to 48 hours (and in some cases longer) after eating soemthing!

I have definitely had things I can track to specific foods mroe then a few hours after eating and in a few cases more then 24 hours after eating.
