Hi all-
This is a question for any of you who have used spirutein shake mixes. I finally tried it this morning, love the taste. But...I can't get it to mix all the way--I've been stirring for five minutes and there are still lumps of powder! Have other people experienced this? Am i doing something wrong? I added it to 8 ounces of very cold rice milk....
Thanks!

I found this with my protein shake, the best way of getting rid of those pesky lumps is blend it with a hand blender. I have a handy whisk attachment for mine - v. handy!

Thanks! I'm a college student, so I don't have a blender. But I'll try using a handheld whisk next time to see if that does the trick. Thanks for your help!

I use less powder to milk then it calls for or slightly warmer liquid and then cool it off, or just use the blender... good luck!

I use a rubbermaid plastic drink bottle, put in the liquid, the powder put the lid on and shake it up and pour it into a glass. Stirring with a spoon didn't mix up enough for me.
