Is NutriBiotic Vegan vanilla rice protein okay for an IBS diet if I mix in the Vita-Soy lite vanilla? What about Clif bars if I avoid any chocolate ones?

I bought some peppermint tea leaves and an infuser, but some of the leaves still remain in my cup. They don't hurt you if you swallow the tiny bits, do they?

Thank you, Kathy

The rice protein sounds fine.

The Clif bars... I'm not so sure. I seem to remember the general consensus being that they aren't safe. *But* Luna bars are safe, even the chocolate ones. If you've never tried one, do - they're quite tasty!

The peppermint tea bits will definitely not hurt you if you swallow them.

Hope that helps a bit!

Hi,
I eat clif bars a lot, the carrot cake, dried fruit, and lemon ones. I am a runner so find they really help for energy. I am also C so I dont mind some insoluble fiber. Some people have more problems with it.
I was wondering how everyone eats the luna bars with chocolate?

The chocolate from the Luna Bar isn't actually chocolate - the actual ingredients for the chocolate topping is (Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Fractionated Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa, Soy Lecithin, Natural Flavors) - I've just finished my box of Chocolate Pecan Pie and are perfectly safe for us IBS'ers! xx
