Does anyone eat cocoa pebbles? I just recently started a Gluten free diet along with the IBS diet and there one of the only gluten free cereals that you can get at a normal grocery store. I would love to hear if anyone has eaten them without any problems!

Isn't there HFCS in them? I haven't tried them, but if there is, I can guarantee my tummy would have a problem with it.

Do you find the gluton free diet good? is it an extra help with the IBS thing? Or are you celiac? Just curious. I'm not celiac but sometimes gluton just doesn't sit right with me.

I'd say that if there's no dairy and no HFCS, they're safe. I've never tried them personally since going on the IBS diet because they're too sweet for my taste now, so I haven't looked at a box to know for sure. Try generics if the ingredients in the name-brand one are iffy. Good luck!

I wanted to lose weight and cut back a little on the calories and sugar. They were a yummy and safe breakfast for me. Everyone is different though.

I actually just started the GF diet 2 days ago so Im not sure if it is going to help yet. My tests for celiac kinda came back inconclusive - I guess its called a false positive so Im basically just trying it out to see what happens. I have heard it can help digestive problems though but everyone is different!
