I think my stomach is confused

So yesterday I was feeling pretty good and I went to go to the bathroom and I was so C that it was just awful. After that the rest of the day my stomach was very touchy and I ate a little bread but that was it because I was just not feeling well..and it was more like the real loose kind of feeling my stomach has after I've had bad D or something. Well then this morning I woke up and was feeling better and had some toast...then a couple hours later I was C again and now my stomach is feeling like it did yesterday and it's gurlging and just no good. I wish I could spend the day in bed but I have so much work to do! Well I just wanted to vent. I feel like I should take immodium but considering how C I've been that wouldn't be a good idea. Ugh what is going on with my stomach?!

Actually, today was one of them. I hadn't gone in 3 or 4 days, which is practically C for me now. I went this morning, then again, THEN the cramping and gurgling started, and then I had D. Bad. Stupid body. I don't have any advice, I just feel your pain.

Well thanks for feeling my pain...I just wish you weren't really. I just hate not knowing when it's really safe enough to eat again. Like I thought I was better this morning but then no...and I now I've been feelin better since like noon, but I'm afraid to eat anything tonight. Ugh silly stomach. Hope you're feeling better!

I have no advice either - I just wanted to say that I get this exact same feeling. It drives me crazy! I wish there was just some sort of drink or pill that was only for gurgly and unsettled stomachs, not like immodium that would make C worse and not like a laxative that would actually bring on the D! I used to take Equalactin when I felt like this but recently they have changed their box and made it look more like a laxative so Im scared of it now! (It used to say for alternating bouts of D and C, but now it only says its for C and the main ingredient reads as a laxative!) I even called and asked if it was the same medicine and they told me yes but Im a weirdo and still cant make myself take it! Anyways just wanted to let you know this happens to me too!
p.s. How is your yorkie?!!

Thanks for your thoughts. It's just frustrating! Maybe it's all of the birthday celebrating catching up with me from the past couple days. And such a bummer because I've missed 2 more birthday celebrations because of it. Well at least staying at home has meant that I've been getting some homework and projects done and that's always a plus.
And yeah I'd be scared of that Equalactin stuff too with the changed box. I'm not one for taking chances like that!

As for my yorkie she is just fabulous. She got spayed last week so she's finally back to her normal self since all of that. And her stitches have not kept her from jumping all over. I swear she is such a cat the way she walks and sleeps on the top of the back of our couches. She's been playing up the hurt thing though because instead of jumping up onto my bed at night (which she has been perfectly capable of doing), she'll stand on her back legs and bark at me in the dark so I wake up and have to pick her up. I think she likes that. It's so funny to see her little silhouette in the dark. I could go on and on. She's the funniest little dog ever.

How are yorkies doing?? I bet the puppies are getting so big!

Hey Brittany! Your yorkies sounds just like mine. They all sleep on the back of the couches like cats too. Also when mine was pregnant she would just sit at the side of my bed and whine until I picked her up onto it. She got so fat she couldnt jump anymore! They are the greatest dogs ever! The puppies are sooo cute. They are almost 3 months old now and the little girl is still about 2 1/2 pounds and the boy is still GIGANTIC at like almost 7 1/2 pounds. We have no idea why he turned out so big and either does our vet! Ill have to post some pictures soon.
