I have been looking around using the board search and also using google to read about essential fatty acids. I am going to try this as a supplement and wanted to make sure it was ok to take with Acacia and my other supplements. Currently, I am using Acacia and a digestive enzyme with every meal and a cal/mag supplement at breakfast and lunch. Can I take the omega complex along with any/all of these? Please let me know! Thanks!

Hi.
I take an Omega 3-6-9 supplement every day. I usually take it at night with my last set of pills that I take for the CD - it just fits in there, doesn't seem to matter whether or not it's taken with food. I have read that tribes in Canada and Alaska have VERY few stomach ailments due to high concentrations of these fats in thier diet from eating almost daily portions of mackrel and salmon. I don't know if it's helping or not, but it defenetly doesn't hurt. I buy my Omega supplements from trader Joes.
Good luck with this.
Mindy
