...wake up with bloat/gas in the morning and it goes away during the day? Can't tell if it is something that I am eating or it is stress related cause I hate my job (am looking for a new one).

Definitely! I hate my job as well and have just resigned, which has really eased things down there! When I'm stressed I wake up with gas and bloating! So know exactly what you are talking about!

massage your stomach in a clockwise motion starting from the right before you go to sleep. This is a tip I got from a massage therapist friend of mine...it works wonders.

as well as the massaging, put a hot water bottle or hot pads on your tummy, leaving it on each bit of your tummy for about 5 mins each just before you go to bed - works great for gas and bloating!

Thank you for the tips! I will fire up the heating pad tonite (we don't have a water bottle) and try the massage. And I faxed out four resumes this morning.

It really is worth it, I was stuck in a rut for ages, then one day I was so down about it I decided I would just hand in my notice, without getting another job! Scary! But...it got me off my bottom and now have another job to go to and I'm leaving this place!! Its great...so I'm there for you 100%!
