Pages: 1 Rice Cakes       #149788 - 02/14/05 07:35 AM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I have bought some Kallo High Fibre Oat & Rice Cakes but what the packet does not say is whether the fibre content is soluble or insoluble. The ingredients are listed as : "Puffed Wholegrain Brown Rice Cakes with Toasted Oat Bran". Can anyone help me please? Brown rice and oat bran are both insoluble, I believe... the oat bran is for sure, at least.
