Thank you for all your hard work. My family and I are switiching to your diet and loving it! We now buy Publix White Mountain bread fresh from the bakery every few days, we buy organic as much as possible, I keep oatmeal and cream of rice in abundance (the kids love it) and I'm feeling a lot better. My husband's acid reflux has also calmed down, and I'm finally beginning to lose my pregnancy weight. The food lists are wonderful. Our one exception is that we do use lowfat goat dairy - it doesn't cause flare ups for any of us.

One question - my company is having a birthday luncheon at a Mexican restaurant on Wednesday. What's safe to eat?

There's been a post recently on safe food at Chili's - maybe that'll give you ideas. Try and get lots of SF in first to cushion whatever UFOs you eat!
