gOOD MORNING EVERYONE: I don't know if this qualifies as a trigger or not, but the last couple of days I have had an uncomfortable painful stomach. Yesterday, My stomach wasn't settled very much and it was a chicken dinner I had. I can handle chicken on occasion but not yesterday. On a virtually empty stomsch it hurts my stomach but I didn't have any d after it. This morning, I had a good bowlful of porridge followed a half hour later by a bagel. Nothing unusual there. I had a glass of water than immediately had to go. I again am having an uncomfortable stomach. Comments anyone, plesae. I hope the porridge isn't turning into a trigger, although it hassn't been always as thick as I would like it.

Hey Louise - I'm wondering if you're eating too much. You had a "good bowlful of porridge" and then a bagel just a half hour later? Maybe that's too much for your tummy at once which is making it upset.

hi mags; I would normally half a half bagel after porridge, but when I feel extra hungry,(empty) I like a bit more. Usually I can tell when I have had enough.
