I have IBS-C and just had a two week wait to go #2, which was horrible! I ate some popcorn just now and it finally triggered me to be able to go. What was scary was I was full of gas. When I finally relieved it, it triggered a big mound of #2 to come out in full force. It was just a massive puddle of it. Wasn't in any form, wasn't really Diarrhea. It looked scary. Does that mean my colon was spasming? Has anyone ever had this happen. It was so forceful it was scary. I am sorry its so gross but I know everyone can handle it. It has completely freaked me out. Normally if I can get myself to go its normal in consistency or its Diarrhea. This was just abnormal.

welcome to the wonderful world of ibs A...so awful and I totally relate. why oh why oh why does it wait so long to come out and then it comes out in that sloppy mound...grose. I unfortunately don't have any tips. that kind of attack leaves me very nauseous from the sudden emptying too...just wanted to let you know it was normal!

I relate this to having a PLUG. Sometimes I think that is the reason we become so stopped up. Once that plug comes out, everything else that was backed up just pours out. I hate when that happens.
