Today has been a horrid day so far. I woke up today with my stomach rubling. I took a shower and not two minutes after I get dressed I am running for the bathroom. Twice within a matter of ten minutes. I have not felt this way in a very long time. I took some Immodium then headed off to work. The whole trainride my stomach was unsettled and sometimes would give me a nice shot of pain. Since I have been at work I have had some peppermint tea and some dry rice krispies...

I need some help getting through the day. Hopefully, the D and pain will subside soon. ugh, maybe I will just go home early...

I already sent you in email but here's another positive vibe.

Dear Tommy NY's stomach:

Leave him alone or else you'll have to deal with me. I may look innocent and not so tough, but I am. Go away and leave him alone!

good vibes headed your way.. I'm in the midst of my first attack since I got stabilized myself.. but its a reaction to my antibiotic and I know it.. actually called the docs this AM and talked to the nurse about stopping them sooner, she hasn't called back yet....

Thank you Dalia, Amie, and Tina. I appreciate all of your well wishes and I hope you guys feel better as well...

Tina, thank you again for having that "talk" with my stomach. He seems really scared of you for some reason...

Tommy we haven't "met" but I can relate. Hope you're feeling better soon, and if you can go home early- GO! The rest & relaxation will always do you good.

Shell, I am pretty sure it isn't the Happy Hr. Its mor elike Tommy being dumb yesterday and having a whole wheat bagel with a bit of cream cheese on it. It was worth having but I payed the consequences for it today I should know i can't have anything that is whole wheat, it just kills my stomach...
