Personal Question about Peppermint Caps

Ok this may be slightly disgusting... I've been taking 2 peppermint caps daily for about a month, and they seem to help alot since I can't choke down anything but Fennel tea. Anyways, the other day when I pooped my stool was cool and minty feeling on my bum. Is this normal?

LOL! Totally normal. There was a long discussion sometime last year on "minty fresh poo!" Some people don't mind it, others decide it's too weird for them. It's completely up to you. But since they're helping...
