Brewing tea???

I just bought Heathers Fennel tea and I have NO idea how to brew loose tea. Please help!

There are two ways. Either buy a tea ball - it's a mesh ball that you fill with the tea and put into a mug of hot water.
Or brew it in a cafetia (sp?) like you would ground coffee.

A third way, requiring a tea strainer, is to put a tablespoon of tea in a tea pot, pour boiling water over it, let it steep for 5 min, then pour it through the strainer into your cup. If it's too strong use less tea, if too weak use more.
Hope you like licorice! That's what fennel tastes like!
