Just have to make it through dinner tonight and it will be ONE FULL YEAR since I've had an attack of IBS-D.

That is fantastic well done!
Wow I'd love to have lot's of tips from you as to the kinds of meals you have, portion sizes, how often you eat and other things you have done to reach this achievement, I think it will be very beneficial to a lot of people on here myself included!

I am sooooo excited for you!!!!! Thats is so great. You are such an inspiration to me and others on this board. I know now that if you can do it then I can to. I am now working on making 3 months with no attack and feeling pretty good.
