All I need to do is make it through lunch and dinner today and I'll have made it through one full year with no IBS-D attacks.
Bless you, Heather, and everyone else on this board who has helped me through this. I owe all of you such a big debt of gratitude!! If good things start happening in your lives unexpectedly, it's the karmic payback for helping me so much this past year. The universe OWES YOU ALL, BIG TIME!!!

Laura Sue, remember on your vacation last summer and you were so worried about what and how you were going to eat? I mentioned the boiled shrimp? And you made it fine, you did just great, and you will continue to do just great!! I aplaud you girl, so glad you aren't having migraines too. I know you must be feeling so much better!!
