Does vitamin E help IBS? What about 5HtP? And B12?

I've tried all of them and never noticed a difference. I have heard though that it's not good to take vitamin E everyday....just be careful before you start ingesting anything new!!

I don't know whether it does nmy IBS any good or not -- I am stable.... but if the Vit E helps or not - I don't know. I think it's a combo of everything. I don't think there is any strong evidence to think Vit E isn't safe though. Here is a good site with facts -- and I visited many others.

I think I might have found one site that warned about Vit E and about 10 that said it was safe. I think as long as you don't overdo it -- it might be helpful. I think since we are on such a fat restrictive diet -- it might be helpful.
