for a SFS im taking FiberCon which seems to work pretty well. right now in only taking three so its not as much as i probably should be taking. and also--i eat alot of foods that are lowfat like my soymilk or soups or oatmeal--i find it easier to deal with the illness if i can still control one part of my eating. i havent really noticed any lack of energy as far as eating LF goes but sometimes i snack on some riskier HF foods---which i usually hate myself for later as the result is usually sharp and hard pain. sometimes i get tired. what other meals or foods are you eating that are lowfat that youre concerned about? im an IBS-Cer too

Well my diet is very low fat.... no soy milk (only because I don't really like it), cook without veggie oil or fat most of the time... only eat chicken breast and seafood, etc. Just wondered if this is contributing to my listlessness?
