Rice protein powder by Nutribiotics (sp?) has no soy or dairy, and as an added bonus, during processing they've removed the fiber so it's soluble! I get the vanilla flavor, and it's great in water or in a shake with fruit. Finally, an alternative to soy, which I'm allergic to.

Wow - would love to try it - don't really care for Vegi-fuel. Where did you buy it?

The rice protein powder sounds like a great idea! Do you know how much protein it has per serving? My acupuncturist recommended hemp protein powder to help me balance my diet and gain weight. It is totally vegan and has 15 grams of protein per serving (serving size is 30g), and I don't know how that compares to other powders since this is the only one I've ever tried. I think it probably has some insoluble fiber since it's raw, but I have tried it twice in smoothies and it doesn't make me more gassy or bloated than other things! It has 18 amino acids, including all the essential amino acids. The powder itself doesn't have a fabulous taste, so I definitely recommend using it in a smoothie. Hope this is helpful to some of you!

I bought it at a health food store. Whole Foods probably has it. It's vegan Rice Protein by NutriBiotic. Yummy!

That's a good tip too!
The rice protein powder has 12 grams of protein per 15 gram serving. The bottle says you can take one to three times daily.
