Eight Days Left!!

Okay, friends, only eight days left! I was good last night even though it was New Year's Eve. It helps when you don't drink! I used to, and really enjoyed it, but got tired of the hangovers and the upset tummy so I just kept drinking less and less. My last alcoholic beverage was a glass of champagne a year and a half ago on my 50th birthday.
So no booze and regular bedtime of 9:30 (due to the fibromyalgia) protected my almost one year streak. I did splurge a little on a chocolate dessert for New Years, but just a little after an IBS-safe dinner of chicken and rice and asparagus. My tummy got a little rumbly last night and this morning but both times I took an Imodium and at the moment feel absolutely fine.
So as long as you all help me avoid doing anything stupid for eight more days, I should be able to make my goal of ONE YEAR WITH NO IBS-D ATTACKS!!!
