Pages: 1 fibre buildup       #13263 - 07/06/03 09:44 PM Edit Reply Quote louise Reged: 02/05/03 Posts: 836 Loc: canada Hi; I seem to have a buildup up fibre in my system resulting ina lot of trapped gas bubbles. Only way of describing it, as I don't know from bloating(someone care to describe it). Anyway, it is really painful gas, I think I ate too much fibre breads over the last day or so and the gas sits where my ibs hits. Cures anyone? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator     Pages: 1
