Okay, a little help - I have a theory on the stinky soy gas problem. I'm thinking it's not the milk or even the O'Soy yogurt, but maybe the Tofutti "ice cream"? I only have a few spoonfuls at a time, just for the taste of something sweet after a meal once in a while, but could that little bit cause such a stink later? Also think maybe the boca burger with soy cheese on it was a little much. NO pain or cramps, just quite gassy (expelling it all though, and EVERYONE knows it! pee-u!!) I hope it's not the yogurt as that has become a real staple for me, mix some rice chex in there, yum yum. Thanks for any ideas!
