I made mushroom barley soup last night- it has never been a problem before- so I was curious...where does barley stand in the soluble-insoluble scale? The attack must have come from something else- becasue I've almost thought barley was mostly insoluble....I imagine hte trigger for last night's violent attack (up from 1- 3 in the morning) might have been fromall the stuf I've been "sneaking " recently." Like a corner of a fried potato pancake, those two or three forkfuls of Caesar salad...that corner of the black and white cookie....the lack of sleep, working long hours...Did I jsut answer my own question....???

I'd have thought the soup would be fine...did you have any bread with it?

Sneaking is difficult...you can only push it so far and then you fall over the edge!

Thanks- I think my body was just overwhelmed and overloaded- also too much work; too little sleep.
