I can't tell if I simply had food poisoning last night or if I have suddenly turned "A". I went to bed feeling just fine...suddenly I had an unreal stomach cramp, it passed and then came another and another. My stomach became huge and as hard as a rock and I had what was for me a violent "D" episode.
I have had a bm this morning and it wasn't quite normal but nothing like the episode last night. I am still cramping a bit and feel very nauseated....ugh this is awful.
If you haven't had symptoms for a very long time and you seem to be totally stable then it's possible you just got some kind of bug. Hope you feel better soon!!
