Soy/Rice "Ice Cream" ...just want to be sure

Are the subject items IBS-safe? I thought that I had read that they are. I'm heading to a new health food store after work because I have a serious craving for ice cream.
What brands/flavors are the best?

Yes, I believe for most people they are, just watch the fat content. The soy-delicious chocolate is my favorite!

WholeSoy Frozen Cultured Soy is the soy equivalent of frozen yogurt, so it's lower in fat but still tastes really, really good. WholeSoy Glace is the full-fat stuff, it's good too, but not significantly better. The only one to watch out for is Rice Dream, the flavor is usually fine but the texture is very different from ice cream.

I LOVE Soy Delicious ice cream! The chocolate brownie flavor is my favorite. I also love Tofutti Cuties ice cream sandwiches.
