Hi everybody!

I just got this note from the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program regarding swordfish:
* Swordfish, U.S. Atlantic has been moved to the "Good Alternatives" column from the "Avoid" column since the north Atlantic population continues to rebound due to strict fishing regulations. The northern Atlantic stock is now nearly fully rebuilt; however, some concerns remain about the southern Atlantic stock.

I guess children, pregnant women, and women who hope to become pregnant should still avoid eating it, but looks like the rest of us can!

Thanks for posting this. I eat a ton of fish and always wonder about mercury.
