bagels and rice cakes

which flavors of bagels and rice cakes are ok? i like the apple cinnamon cakes and the cinnamon rasin bagels. are they ok? or what others are good?

I believe most rice cakes are fine except the cheddar cheese ones. also, the caramel ones have some ingredients that might be triggers. I eat the apple and cinnimon also, but my favorite are honey. as far as bagels go, i have a bagel every morning with no problems. I usually eat the sesame ones. But I would first ask whoever your buying them from what type of flour is used in baking... Stay away from the whole wheat flour bagels. It never hurts to ask and a good baker will tell you what's in them... Good luck.

i noticed one of the ingredients in the rice cakes is brown rice. i know we can have white rice, but unsure about brown. is this ok? or should it be avoided?
