I seem to be getting groin pain when I get constipated. Has anyone had this problem and how was it resolved? Fiber just seems to aggravate the problem.

Sorry if you find this embarrassing, but "groin pain" is quite vague!
I get pain in my lower abdomen, lower and middle back and at my anus when I'm going through a bad patch. SFS seem to be the most helpful, along with just following the diet!

Embarrassing, not at all. Groin pain is not something to be embarrassed about. It seems that having fibroids has also contributed to the groin pain which I just found out that I have. Although the diet does help but not 100%.
