can anyone tell me do they have days where they feel sick on and off during the day ?
I can have this for about 3/4 days at a time then not have it for weeks - is it something im eating or am i strange ?? does anyone else have this and what sets it off please help its awful!!

Jen, this can happen and its pretty common, it can be cyclic also, and the exact cause of IBS is not known, but they are begining to undertsand IBS much more, one of the reasons what you decribe is happening is because of chemicals called neurotransmitters that the brain and gut use to talk to each other, back and forth.
