*NEW - LUNA Sunrise bars - 3 flavors (70% organic) LUNA SUNRISE Nutritional Info
Bluberry Yogurt - ok, tasted like blueberry muffin, but kinda sweet for MY taste Vanilla Almond - I tired this today, it was very mellow... not strong flavors, not too sweet it was pretty good, kind of like the taste after eating an almond biscotti I'd have it again. Strawberries & Creme - have one but not tried yet
Strawberries & Creme - I did not like the first bite - tasted funny to me. But I ate the whole thing and when I was done decided that I like them. Blueberry Yogurt - I LOVED it!! Vanilla Almond - Haven't tried and probably won't - I hate nuts!

Nope - no dairy.
There is a disclaimer on the packaging that says it may contain trace amounts of dairy - this is probably because it is processed on the same machines as other products that do contain dairy.
The nutrition info can be found on the site that Shell posted.

Also, please re-post the website for the nutritionals. I can't find it in all of these posts here. It would be SO cool to have something sweet I could eat without baking!

Are they good for C? I bought two of them, but before I eat them I want to make sure they are safe for IBS-C?
Blessings, Abi

I tried a few of the original type and they gave me nasty gas and bloat. They contain soy and inulin which can cause real problems for some of us. Some have dried dates and/or nuts which cause me problems too.
Just know that they aren't necessarily a safe food for everyone.
The fat grams range from about 4 to 6 I'd say.

Chocolate Peppermint Stick - YUM
Dulce de Leche - YUM
Chocolate Nut Brownie - YUM
Chocolate Pecan Pie - YUM
Chai Tea - Not as good as I'd hoped - needs more spice!
Lemon Zest - Okay
My ABSOLUTE favorite so far is Chocolate Nut Brownie... with Chocolate Peppermint Stick a close second.
