Pages: 1 Gas and Turkey       #12202 - 06/20/03 03:14 PM Edit Reply Quote rlan Reged: 06/05/03 Posts: 161 This is embarassing but has anyone found that turkey (cold cuts) causes gas? One day I have one problem and the next it's another I can't seem to get stable. When i started this diet it really was working but for the past 3 weeks it's not as great as it was in the beg. Back to my ques... I ask this because yesterday I had terrible gas after lunch and today the same thing happened. the only thing that was the same was the turkey (maybe I had some pretzels i can't remember!). Any thoughts let me know. Oh, and tea does not seem to help. Maybe the feenel seeds that one person posted. did they work immediately? Sorry for the long post!
