Sorry this question is a little gross, but I have to ask it...I took a peppermint cap this morning before breakfast, and I just had a BM, and I could smell the peppermint cap. Is this normal? Is this bad?

As far as I know, that's completely normal and nothing to worry about.

I got that every once in a while with the peppermint caps. I thought it a nice side effect!!
