Kashi waffles list the last 2 ingredients as egg white powder and whey powder- sorry. But I think you should try freezing your own pancakes and waffles ( I mean who wants to cook every morning?). Chocolate cream of wheat was sort of interesting. It was okay but kind of not for adults.

I buy Vans Wheat Free Waffles... They're pretty good, I just throw them in the toaster before work... I usually eat a banana with it... My local grocery store carries them in the health food dept..
