I have had a little pressure in my lower tummy when I sit down. I have been pounding the gas x. It has helped somewhat but still feel a little pressure. It hurts a little with the pressure. I have had this before but it didn't last this long 2 days. I have only had one pooh and the other was just a small amount. (normal for me is 4 to 6 times a day). I don't have nausea today but I did yesturday.Does anyone have any ideas on this one?

I also have another ? I have not been on a sfc in about 3 yrs and it was citracel (gave me D for awhile) can I start right off with the acacia everyone is talking about. I am thinking of ordering some.
THANK YOU!

you can start with acacia or any other SFS at any time, but start small and work your way up.. don't take the dose on the package right away!

It could be a sign of constipation. Before I changed my diet & before taking acacia, I used to get discomfort, bloating, & terrible gas all the time. It was aweful. I never knew when it would hit me. Try laying on your left side. Maybe that will get some of the gas to move on out.
