I am stable now. I am taking two Tablespoons and two 2 teaspoons. So, I am taking one tablespoon along with one teaspoon every morning and the same amount every night. Would this be a cup, or...? What would this be considered measurement wise? It's not two and half tablespoons right? Thanks.

I don't have an answer to your question, but you could try measuring them the way you've been into a measuring cup, and see what it comes out to be.

I am taking Acacia with breakfast and dinner. I have been stable for about a month now. Plus, what has really been helping me is a large glass of V8 every night (I stated off with a small glass) and during the day I'll have a few almonds or half a pealed apple (I'm not always hungry during the day) For lunch I'll have soy yogurt and rice chex. A Luna Bar or something with safe insoluble fiber(maybe 1 or 2 grams insoluble)for a snack or a rice cake. Dinner, I'll have chicken and rice or any safe food with rice.

I still have problems with C and D the week before my period but other than that I am stable and fine. Good luck to you with becoming stable.

...that would be 2 and 2/3 tablespoons! But I don't know if your spoons are different!

Are you using cooking measuring spoons or regular spoons? It makes a big difference.

Good Luck.

You can go here to get cooking conversions: http://www.onlineconversion.com/cooking_volume.htm

According to the site, 1 teaspoon equals 1/3 tablespoon. So for each dose, you're taking 1 1/3 tablespoons, making your total daily dosage 2 2/3 tablespoons!

Hope this helps.
