Top 10 Worst Foods for IBS (#1)

I thought it would be interesting to have a survey to try and find the top ten worst foods (and drinks) for IBS. Maybe later we can do the top ten best foods (and drinks) for IBS.
Rules: Nominate two foods or drinks. Indicate which one is your first (primary) vote and which is your second (secondary). Your primary vote will count twice, your secondary vote will count once. This is so that we don't have to be fancy and have nominees, a poll, and etc. When it comes to voting for a food made by a recipe, try to use common foods (so chicken wings would be OK, roast beef with swiss cheese and ketchup on rye would be bad). For alcohol, feel free to nominate it, but I'm sure whiskey and scotch effect people pretty much the same, so be general.
My votes are:
1. Chicken wings. 2. Coffee.

I was going to say "coffee" as my #2, but I've found that my body reacts to coffee, tea, and soda all the same way... so "caffeine" it is.

Sounds fair... I hope it's OK if I lump some stuff together... for instance if 10 people vote cheese and 2 people vote dairy, I'm going to count it as 12 for cheese. Same with coffee and caffeine, which we already have, since I voted coffee.

Ok here goes:
1- dairy!!! 2- caffeine 3- carbonated drinks 4- greasy food, junk food 5- peanut butter & nuts 6- whole grain breads 7- pie crust or anything of that sort 9- asparagus, broccoli (gives me gas for days) 10- alcohol

2. fatty ice cream or whipped cream or alfredo (the worst of the dairy) ooh and Devonshire clotted cream!
3. alcohol especially wine
4. my old snack Frappaccino and a cookie
5. anything fatty and greasy
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

1. red meat 2. dairy (adding in 3 is fried stuff, it was a hard decision)
red meat was the first thing I identified as having to go long before diagnosis, and I put dairy down because yogurt always caused horrendous gas and bloating as well as the runs so I cut that out years before I cut the rest fo dairy out too!

For some reason, that just struck me as incredibly nasty. LOL! Greasy food is a huge trigger for me, too... my guts are twitching just thinking about it.

Wow everyone's saying dairy. I have no idea about it since I'm lactose intolerent anyway! So I already avoided it. Also I avoid some of the triggers anyway(meat, tomato sauce, ect) so I don't know how they would affect me, I'd rather not find out! I'm actually able to eat a lot more things now that I'm taking a SFS everyday, but I'd say when I'm not taking it, the main offenders are:
1)whole grains/whole wheat/bran
2)tortilla chips
3)raw veggies like carrots + cauliflower
4)more then a little beans
5)brown rice
6)oats (I could eat some, but more than one day in a row would cause an attack)
7)high fat things
8)too much fruit, but especially grapes and raisens
