Back from a trip and feeling it!

I just came back from a trip out of state visiting my sister. Traveling always used to upset my "system", giving me D for the first day, but this time I've been very C and bloated. I started taking Extra Strength Acidophilus the day before I left to go there and started feeling better after about three days but was only there for a week. The day I left it started again; it's been two days since I've been home. Hopefully I'll be better soon. I just hate feeling this way and had to let out my feelings to people who understand my pain. Last night, for the first time, I showed my husband my bloated tummy. I don't think he really believed me before when I would tell him I look and feel pregnant. He was surprised when he felt it was hard, too. Usually it goes away by morning, but lately it has lingered, getting even worse in the evenings. I hate being like this! I wish I were normal!

Sorry to hear you are having such a rough time right now!!!
I hope you got to enjoy being with you sister!!! Hopefullt things will get them selfs back to normal soon!!! Drink LOTS of water and maybe try some gas x for the bloat!!

Thanks, Heather. It's wonderful to be able to talk to someone who understands. By the way: I was wondering how the probiotics are working for you. Last week you said you started taking Acidophilus twice a day.
