Another question for all you C-ers out there..

I am C as well. Is it odd that I am much more regular when I only eat mainly soluble fiber. I am able to add in veggies and whole wheats every so often, but then I become C. So is it better to have BM's and be "cleaned out" so to speak. Or to eat the insoluble and be C? Thanks!

I have been using Stevia-Plus (nautral sweetner) in my tea every morning and my C days are over! I only use 1 packet of the Stevia though...more than that will cause huge problems.
