I have been doing some research on teas that are good for all of us, even if you don't have IBS. I hope this posting is appropriate for this site.
Rooibos tea, (I have read & heard) that it is supposed to be good for IBS. I have had it before and it is very tastey. Below are a couple of links to either buy or read about Rooibos teas. Yes, they are decaf, they are an Herbal Tea. I hope some others have already enjoyed this great tasting tea.

I love my rooibus! I haven't noticed it being an antispasmodic, but it definitely tastes good and seems to soothe the tummy and nerves, so it's all good in my book! I don't know if you can find Yogi teas near you, but if you can, definitely try the Redbush Chai - it is *heavenly*.

Never heard of Yogi teas, but if I ever come across it, I will have to try it. I am a real tea lover, even before the IBS started.
