I passed gas last night, but when I did I had mucus and blood on my under wear. I've had mucus in my bowels for about a week, but this is the first I have seen blood as well. Has anyone else have this happen to them?

Mostly likely it's haemmoroids (sp?). But you should get checked out by your doc.
If the blood was bright red, that points to hemms. If it was really dark, then it's more of a worry.

I agree with Linz. It is probably hemorroids; don't become afraid or you might upset your tummy. Your doctor will give you the correct answer.

I hope all it is is hems. He told me I had a few small ones during last visit.

My GI told me to quit taking my Zelnorm and if I'm not any better by Wednesday that he wants to see my Thursday.
