When food companies list ingredients, and one of the ingredients is corn syrup, are they required to indicate whether it is high fructose corn syrup? If it just says corn syrup is that ok?

Hi,

I have found that I can tolerate corn syrup but not HFCS.
I am just assuming that if it says corn syrup that's what it is. Hope I'm right. Anyway, no matter what I eat I try to eat in moderation. I have found that I have been able to tolerate things a lot better in little amounts. Except for sorbitol......I can't even tolerate that in toothpaste!
