Thankyou Laura, one thing I am not sure of is can I take the Acaia Fiber at same meal with my prescription meds. Like for HBPressure,Diabetes? I'm trying to read the books but not a lota time to do it right now so trying to pick important points on diet and take my fiber.Thanks for answering me back.....MiMILu

Yes, you can take the acacia at the same meal with your meds. That's because it's NOT a med, it's a FOOD! So that will make things easier and simpler for you.
How much are you taking? Hope you're starting REAL small and building it up VERY gradually. That's the best way to succeed with soluble fiber supplements.
