Don't worry about asking questions. You know everyone here is so wonderful they will be happy to help anyway they can. I don't know much about fibro, except what I read here, so I can't be of much help in that area.

I have just recently gone back on Heather's diet and am feeling much better now. I highly recommend acacia. I try to stick with low fat as much as possible and I eat alot of white rice, bread, oatmeal, etc. I know exaclty what you mean about weight. I weighed 103 lbs when I married my hubby 20 years ago (yesterday) and now I am at about 128. I just can't seem to take it off. I guess if I try to exercise more I might have more sucess. It is hard sometimes though.

I'm sending lots of hugs your way. Keep asking those quesitons.

Thanks Belinda, thats what I thought too!!! seeing new doctor tomorrow asking for a GI doc to help me out...right now I am at a constant battle with my body.Grrrr not happy at all.
