I have tried loads of different ones and they are all fine with me. Be careful as if some are very fruity they may not go too well on an empty stomach. My favourites are Mandarin& Lychee and Orange, Mango& Cinnamon, both in the Twinings Exotic Selections box. They are yummy sweetened with a little honey. Lemon and Ginger is good too.

Wow, I won't even ask how you posted a graphic.
I don't think we have those here but I have been eating gumdrops and swedish berries and they don't seem to bother me.

I don't know, but a lot of them are based on rosehip, which I used to drink a lot and I think it's a bit acidic, so some people might have a problem. I have stopped now and only drink peppermint and fennel, also camomile, which is quite sweet to taste, also lemon verbena is another mild, slightly sweet tea - they both go well with honey!
Re: chocolate, have you tried any of the chocolate flavoured milks? I find that some Alpro chocolate soya milk on Rice Krispies in the morning really satisfies my chocolate craving for the day and BHVV (Before Heather Van Vorous) I used to get through 2-3 bars a day average - often more - so that is really saying something.
Lots of people have mentioned marshmallows - I don't like them myself - for me it's chocolate or nothing!
Tell us if you discover something else.

The only fruit tea that I drink is Lipton's Mango Herbal Tea (caffiene free); it helps the bloating.

I have a couple of ways:
1. Coco Krispies (dry or with soy milk) 2. ADBs- the YUMMIEST chocolatiest yummness ever 3. Alpro soy chocolate dessert (I dunk gingersnaps into it and eat it off them..yummy!)
I agree that the marshmallows don't give the right fix but some of the above should help.

Ugh, marshmallows are gross. Each to his own.
I am afraid to try the chocolate milks. It took a lot to get used to plain soy milk on my cereal. Maybe I will give it a go.

Wow! Never thought of coco krispies! I am not sure they sell them in Canada but I live on the border so can pop over to the US.

It just occurred to me, you say you get a craving for candy, are you taking any SFS? I haven't been doing this for very long, but almost straight away I stopped having the kind of intense sweet/chocolate/biscuit cravings that I normally have. I've made some dietary changes, but nothing drastic, so maybe it's the SFS making a difference to blood sugar levels (I think Heather says something about that but I can't remember where.) If you aren't taking any SFS, it might be another reason to think about it ...

If we use an abbreviation you don't understand, check the "sticky" post at the top of the first page of this board. It's all the abbreviations we could think of! If you find one that's not on there, post me a message or email me and I'll get it added.
Oh, the ADB recipe is on the recipe index.

Swedish fish are my fave, and they are safe, since they are practically just pure sugar. I still wouldn't suggest eating if you are not stable. i wouldn't suggest eating candy much, either, but i break everyonce in a while too. I also eat Dots (don't know if you have them, made by tootsie roll). i used to eat peeps (kinda a marshmallow type goodie), but not anymore since they have gelatin (I am a veggie). See, there is a substitute for almost everything!

I enjoy a cup of reduced calorie hot cocoa with a slash of skim milk (soy for those with intolerance). Perfect for relaxing in the evening!
